UCFC commits to increase quality and quantity of homegrown Filipino players in the country. 

The academy aims to develop players at the grassroots level and have them progress to the professional level. 

Currently, UCFC trains its Under-19 Boys team in Clark, while the establishment of a women’s team as well as age group teams will follow:

UCFC -Pampanga U19 won the Group A Luzon for PFF U19 Boys Division 2 National Championships 2022 and qualified for Division 1, the top tier of youth football in the Philippines.
