Club History

United City Football Club is the 4x defending national champion in the Philippines Football League (PFL), the top-tier professional league in Filipino football. Established in 2012, the club was previously known as Ceres (founded as Ceres–La Salle; renamed Ceres–Negros in 2017)  before its ownership change and relocation in 2020 required a name change to United Clark Football Club (UCFC).

UCFC became not only the first Filipino Club to enter the group stages of the AFC Champions League in 2021  but also the first local club to draw and win a game on this level, posting a respectable 1:1 and a 3:2 win against the Chinese Super League powerhouse Beijing FC.

Following its success in football, the club also unveiled its Esports division - UCFC Esports - in its aim to be best of the best in Asia whether it be on the football field or a professional gaming  environment. Currently 4 UCFC esports teams are participating in local and regional competitions, already making waves just like its football brothers.
