United City FC Secures Key Midfield Addition: Welcoming John Bankolé Kamara

United City FC proudly announces the signing of John Bankolé Kamara, a seasoned midfielder from Sierra Leone, who stands tall at 1.86 meters.

Kamara’s professional journey began at Tadamon Sour SC, a club based in Lebanon from 2008 to 2012, where he showcased his potential in 20 appearances. He then moved to Greece to play in the Super League starting with Apollon Smyrnis, making 47 appearances for the club from 2012 to 2014, then joined Lamia FC for a season where he added 17 appearances. Kamara’s career took him to various clubs within Greece including Aris Thessaloniki, Riga, Kaisar, Keşla, Politehnica Iași, and Egaleo, where he demonstrated his adaptability and skill, accumulating valuable experience and making significant contributions to each team.

Internationally, Kamara represented Sierra Leone from 2013 to 2021, earning 21 caps and scoring a goal for his country.
